Additional Information:

Class will meet the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month from March through September.

Class time is 9:30am-11:30. Students are invited to bring a sack lunch and stay until 12:00! Snacks and water bottles provided.

Parents are welcome to stay for the class. We do not currently have a place for younger children to play, so childcare is recommended for younger siblings not participating in the class if the parent does plan to stay.

Safety Disclaimer: This is a working homestead. Parents will be asked to sign a general safety waver. Safety is priority for us: students will be supervised at all times, gloves and other safety equipment will be provided as needed, and children will not work with any large livestock or participate in high risk activities. HOWEVER, farm life is a different culture than suburban life. If you are not comfortable with your child being in an outdoor environment, handling chickens or other small animals, or being exposed to typical Arkansas pests like fire ants, ticks, and spiders on the property, please consider other learning options. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out.

Refund Policy: If students need to discontinue the class for any reason, we offer a pro-rated refund of $50/per lesson day remaining. (If you paid by the month, you will be refunded $50xlesson days remaining in month. If you paid by the year, you will be refunded $50xlesson days remaining until class ends in September). If you paid with EFA funds, your refund must be processed back to your EFA account.
